Non payment of wages

I was appointed as Secretary to Director in below mentioned company from 20-Nov-09 to 24-Nov-09 (both days Inclusive). I was made to work beyond 8:30 on all the days I worked. I was told to resign by the Director on 24-11-09 reason citing as my performance not upto the mark. They refuse to pay salary for the said period.
