Babu, who introduced himself as congress party member in ongole had cheated me

I introduce myself as Aamir and I am a roadside business person. My neighbor named Babu, phone number 9177071616, who introduced himself as that he works for congress party had owed me that he will buy me a land for cheap in ongole. As I cannot afford to buy a house due to poverty got lured by that and had given 35000 by hand to him without any bond paper, or land paper. This had happened 3 years before. Since then, whenever I ask about the land, he says that it will be over in couple of days and hiding himself. After 1 year I got to realize that I have gotten cheated and I asked him to give me money. Since then I was just making calls and he use to avoid my calls. When I pressurized him for my money, he threatened me and scolded bad words. Please no one dont fall prey to these kind of people and get into trouble like this. I am making sincere request to the political leaders to please make an eye on these kind of people and help the people who were cheated.
