Delay in handover of flat beyond deadline in sunny view apartments

I had booked a flat (flat no. D-201) in sunnyview flats being built by Bajwa developers in sunny enclave. Although the payment for the above said flat has been made as per schedule drawn up by the developers, the delivery of the flat is being delayed by almost six months due to incomplete facilities like lifts and car parking areas on ground floor. Despite repeated reminders the developers are not giving any satisfactory reply, nor are they willing to compensate me for the delay.
