Balaji Elegance usually boast about there policies and quality of flats they sell but only recently I found major drawbacks viz

1.they use low quality gypsum for plaster on walls buildesr,

2. they do not use jindal section for aluminum windows like other builders

3.there contractors for painting, plumbing & aluminum windows are there close relatives who are not at all professional and do not give desired quality

4.they have a very good record of not giving flats on time and they r continuing with this and when asked they will give absurd reasons Please do not buy flats from them because it would be better to buy flats from reputed builders rather than a local builders.
