Very poor quality of construction work

Balchandra Builders are new to apartment construction business in Chennai. Their quality of construction work is very poor and below average. They do not have a single civil engineer at site who can oversee the construction activities, but use very poor quality labourers. I have bought an apartment from them and am very unsatisfied. There is lot of leaks, uncompleted construction and when complainted with the site supervisor, he is careless to do anything. When called the office, they accept my feedback and acknowledge the problems, as they have heard the same from many others. Still there is no improvement. Need a refund from the builder.
