Non payment of invester's funds

Sir, This is to state that i preet mohinder singh am an invester in Bcmsdevelopers Haldwani, Utrakhand, Nainital. Many people invested in this company on quaterly basis. It ia almost 4 months due date and no one is listing to our request. I am sending them mails for the last fortnight and still there is no response. Daily on working days i am making calls to 05946323168 and from the other side a desk clerk picks up the phone and assures me and consoles me not to worry about. It is almost four months due. Below is the list of People Who are not getting their dues. Please help these people in getting their dues back. These all people are helpless.
