Bengal Peerless Avidipta Project
No communication on Allotment after 3 months of lottery

I have applied for a HIG-F type flat in Avidipta project of Bengal Peerless in the month of February 11 with an advance of 7 Lakhs. First of all lottery took long time in the name of state election etc. Lottery happened in May and I saw from their website a flat has been alloted against my application. However, even after 3 months I have not received any allotment letter or official communication from them.

First of all getting their number is a painful project as most of the time they are busy or nobody responds. Whenever somebody lifts the phone, do not give any proper answer about allotment letter. It is surprising for a reputed group like Peerless to follow this delayeing tactice which will result in huge financial loss for the consumer and gain for the company.
