Non Receipt of Refund

Dear Sir,

My father has applied in Avidipta Housing Project coming up near Metro Cash and Carry at EM Bypass. The Allotment process for signaficantly delayed. On the date of allotment we were told that the refund of unsuccessful applicants will be done within a week.

Now it is almost 5 weeks, we have not received the refund. When ever we call either the phone is not received or they disconnect. If sometimes they pick up the phone then they say next week.

Please lokk into the matter.
