Parking sticker woes

Kindly note that I am sending a mail to this id, as funnily you do not seem to have a customer redressal email id which emphasizes the lack of customer service completely.

I am resident in your Park View Residency project on the Sheetala Mata Devi Road at Palam Vihar (T – 2, 1303).

This is to bring to your attention that I very recently replaced my car with another and hence the old parking sticker also went with the old car. On contacting your Site office for a fresh parking sticker and the problems faced by me are as under:

1. The office refused a parking sticker until and unless the old one wasn’t produced. It was categorically stated that even if the sticker was in twenty pieces it had to be produced. The person concerned was Mr. Mukesh Kumar.

2. In the absence of the old parking sticker and affidavit had to be produced.

My questions are:

1. In case the above points are valid and is a documented process, please revert with reasons as to why wasn’t this communicated at all at the time of handing the sticker over. There is absolutely no mention of these processes then.

2. Very strangely, your team does not seem to have any format of any affidavit and the gentleman, Mukesh makes up his own format verbally. On asking specifically for a standardized format, there seems to be none available.

3. Kindly note that my office is a minimum of 35 kms away and I have to keep coming back to this gentleman in order to get a solution for the same.

Hope this mail makes some difference somewhere and I get a suitable revert ……..
