Not Honouring Credit Note

I booked an apartment through a broker Mr. Raj Sharma of Best Property Deals. At the time of booking, I was promised a discount of Rs. 1, 00, 000, which was to be released when I pay 35% of the price of the property to the builder. I was also given a credit note regarding the same. As on date, I have paid about 85% of the price and still chasing the broker for payment. He is not even picking up my calls. When I try calling him from other numbers, he acts deaf. I now realize that he has no intention of paying my money.

Anybody who is planning to buy property in Delhi/ NOIDA/ NCR please beware of Mr. Raj Sharma and his company Best PropertyDeals. He also runs some other companies by the name of Clearview Int., Cro4india etc. Since he is a person with questionable integrity, please be circumspect while dealing with these companies as well.
