Their MD Mr. Raju is a no. 1 cheater both for real estate and resorts.

dont’ use any of their products or services...

1. They are no. 1 cheaters in Bangalore.

2. Is headed by one Mr. Raju who is the MD but no more than a road side Gunda and crook.

3. They will show you site, get the booking and agreement amount nicely. after that your throat is on their hand.

4. They will never do the site registration till you pay an extra 30 % of the site value as premium so at actual you end up paying 30% higher then market value.

Please be careful. while dealing with them or your whole money will go to these crooks. Don't even pay booking amount with out getting your bank loans. Ask for immidiate registration just after agreement.

the best way out of all these tensions. buy from some reputed builders...
