Builder not showed up for Flat nor my Amount

Had Booked A Flat In Pune, Rasta Peth, From Preetam Borade In the yr But He did'nt show up For flat we Booked, Neither the Amount of Rs 3, 50, 000. And Above all He has been giving Fraud cheques every time we go to him for our amount. We had given a police complaint but he is being doing the same. so Please help me to get my money back. B'coz We are poor people and it was my hard earn money. And B'coz of him now I not able to purchase a flat for myself.
