Not refunding or Responding to the call & mails

The company called Boopathy Homes came to Dubai and marketed the property called "KETTI Homes". initially myself and my friend have paid a token money. my friend have visited the place and found the rate what given to us in dubai is very high and also the place is out of our reach. hence we plan to drop the plan. now it's been 2 years we're behind Boopathy Homes to refund the money. but they don't respond at all. when we called up they say they don't have money to pay. is that our problem?!!!

Can someone say how to get the money back?
