Bought a Flat
Maintenence expenses not transfered by builde

My name is Ashish, I have bought a flat from a builder in July. It was the last flat with the builder, rest all was already sold and people were residing there from around 6-7 months. At the time of registration I have paid the maintenance charges for one year in advance, but afterwards our builder has charged the maintenance charges from me for those 6-7 months when no-body was residing in that flat and hasn’t transferred the excess amount to the society. Please advice what could I do?

I have a proper agreement of July where the builder has taken the advance maintenance.
