I need support.

I booked my flat in BPTP Park Floor-76 T41 G 5. After more 2 years, BPTP has confirmed that they are unable to acquire land for this particular tower.

BPTP has suggested in the mail to proceed for refund through refund formalities. They are confirmed to give 9% interest.

They want us to fill surender form and get the dealer noc (no objection certificate) or else they would deduct the comission ammount. Dealer is denying to give the same. We have with us dealers discount certification of 3.5 %. Pls suggest way forward.
