Beware of BPTP

1. BPTP can change the site of flats:

The applications were sought for Park Elite Floors in Sector 85, but the actual floors were alloted in sector-85, 75, 76, at distance of 5 kms

2.The company overbooked the flats.

3. The complany will sign the BB agreement after 10 to12 months.

4. Possession of flats will be given after 4 years of BB agreement.

5. 95% payment will be taken within 2years of booking and possession will be given after 4 years of booking.

6. Park Arena flats are being sold at discounted rates before applying, see the site of resort highrise in sector-5
