1.Flat not alloted 2. No refund

In May we booked a flat with M/s BPTP Ltd. Regd office M 11, Middle Circle Cannaught Circus, New Delhi 110 001.

- Scheme Park Floors, Flat No.101, Y Block, Sector 77, Faridabad.

- Now after several follow up they deny "... unit no 101 which was offered to you at the time of booking in not available..."

- They have not refund the booking amount till date.

- For refund of principal amount they ask for affidavit etc., having certain clause which are in favour of company eg advance reciept of refund cheque.
