The builder has forced customers to sign the addendum which contains the definition of super built-up area and by exercising the same clause, they raised unjustified demand.

Recently they raised demand between 3.5 - 6 lacs just mentioning that the super built-up area increased, but then not giving any detail like where it increased, etc.

This particular builder has the history of doing same. Earlier they did it in Gurgaon, now they are doing in Faridabad. They have some very weak marketing people, who come with this type of guidance to management.
