Dear Sir/Madam,

This is with regard to common space in our Society's premises. We have very limited open space in our society and 08 covered parkings (I have one of these parkings) for 12 flat members which is insufficient. The members who do not have parking spaces want allotments to be made in the very limited open space that is available in the premises which also will block accessibility to and from the reserved covered parking.

1. Please let me know what action can be taken if society allows this parking and is a nuisance to me as it blocks the entry and exit from my reserved parking.

2. Please also specify the compulsory open space that is required for every society.
