Judjment of commission

I m bipin kapadia booked flat in "siddheshwari avenue" owner Brahmani developers in 2007.i complain to conusmer forum, gandhinagar and they give judgment in favour of me.then the builder goes to commission apeal and the commission give judgement without any proper base and give the judgement in favour of the bulders due to address changes.

i complain against the commission judge that how they will give the judgement in against of the citi consumer forum? i know that they does not study my case. there is a diff. judgment between two forum. one give in favour of me and other against me.. there may be curruption in the cunsumer forum...???

i request to study my case and reopne this case if possible.
