Commission Withdraw

Dear Sir,

I, am working as an agent in cuttack branch (1180) having code-118014862 with cader of sr.motivator. Every time when I want to withdraw my commission the cashier of the branch wants the signature of my sinior as wittness in the withdrawal slip but my immideite sinior Trailokya Routray denied to sign in the slip.

So I request you kindly consider my case and me to draw my commission by showing my identity proof insteade of signature of sinior.
