Following are the major disadvantages/problems which the developer has not revealed -

1) A huge open drainage runs along the northern boundary of the project, which the builder is claiming as a dried up nala. Please visit and see before booking the apartment

2) The slope from Southern to Northern boundary is about 17 meters which is not suitable for apartment building
