Sir,

I want to know is there any law, to stop the unwanted things.

My complaint is related to real estate.

I stay in charkop on rent. The broakarage rule are different from the other places.

1. Tenent has to pay three time the rent of a month as commission/brokarage.

2. One rent is taken by the MHADA society.

3. Second rent is taken by Owner of room.

4. Third rent is taken by the brokaer.

For All above payment we are not received any receipt from any Society/Owner/Person.

I want to know what the practice is going on here is legal or is there any law which can stop this.
