Doubt of fraudlant

I C.Krishnasai and my father dwell at New Delhi. We bought a land in Trichirappalli, viralimalai gramam on 12th june . through a person named R.Selvam of Sri Sakthi promoters (real estate agent). Eventually he promised that he will courier us the Documents as we had some unfinished jobs so we immediatly returned to delhi. till date he hasn't couriered. Whenever i call him and ask about documents he somehow eludes himself and gives his petty excuses. This somehow created suspicious about him. Please help me.
