CHEATED FOR DELIVERY OF RESIDENTIAL FLAT

Booked a flat in the builders' property in Aluva (Star County-Scty-235) as per mutual agreement signed in 2008.The builder cheated me and many others. When requested for refund of the paid amount, the builder gave post dated cheque for the amount with 5% interest on it (Total Rs.1285873/-). The cheque bounced. Now thinking to go to judicial court.

PHONE CALLS ARE NOT ANSWERED AND E-MAILS BOUCING BACK. AS WE ARE ABROAD, OUR FULL TIME EFFORT WAS NOT POSSIBLE TO HAVE LEGAL ACTION AGAINST HIM. HE IS NO.1 CHEAT, COLLECTING OTHERS' HARD EARNED MONEY AND AMASSING WEALTH IN THE NAME HIS FAMILY MEMBERS.
