Illegal construction on BDA Layout

Hi,

There is apartment in Electronics City Doddathogur village named Celebrity Classic, besides that some space is there which has been sold by the builder to some local builder. The local builder is constructing g 4 apartment totally blocking this apartment and has only village panchayat approval which is illegal since the plot is owned by BDA. The local builder is not listening to anyone and proceeding with the construction.
