I have purchased flat from Kamala Developers Mr. Akshay Jain. Building name is Ashok Enclave

at Chincholi Link Road, Malad West This builder has harrased us and not completed the building construction work. He has not got us OC and other BMC permissions. We have got possession in

the year 2007

Last 20 days lift not working and we have senior citizen in the building who are harrassed and tortured. No compound created or childrens park created.

Had given false promises at the time of construction of the building.

Building is in most pathetic state and owners of the flats are harrassed on daily basis from

builder.
