BUILDER COMPLAINT
Water Problem is not Resolved

I am staying in Nagpur in rajat envlave in zingabai takli from past one and half years. At the time of possession the builder promises us that he will provide drinking water to each house at the respective floor. but till today it is not done that and all the member of the apartment (i.e. 100 members) taking the drinking water from the ground floor to all there floors that drinking line is not of the builders that line is from the near by village that are providing us the drinking water. When we went to the builder he asking for more money for that ('i.e. Rs.2000 per flat) that amount is very huge.

Sir it is wrong that once we have paid the complete amount including all the expenses (i.e. light meter, water connection, and etc.)

Please guide us what to do ...?
