Water Seepage

Sir,

I am a resident of 11/4, IInd floor, Subhash Nagar, New Delhi 110027. There is another floor on top of our floor 11/4, 3rd floor, there is a continuous water seepage due to holes on their floor all around bath room and toilets and the same water coming through our ceiling and we have a very risky situation as there are electrical cables connectivity. We requested them several times but in vain. This can be fatal to me and my family. Our neigbours are very non-cooperative and dont listen to us. Due to their negligence, we are at risk and trouble. Due to their water seepage, our floor got earth leakage and if we test the phase with tester, the light blinks even though the switch is not on. I beg from the concerned authority to help me and sort out this problem
