BUILDING CONSTRUCTION
Delay in construction of flat

Hi,

I am a low middle class/serice class IT professional and like others I had a dream of my own flat. I had booked a flat in Chinchwad are in Ganga Ashiyana (Goel Groups). I had booked the flat in last Jun, that time on my agreement it was written that the pocession would be given in though I insisted to mention a month, the builder did not do so. Now the case is they have stopped the construction. there is not progress from past 8 months in site. There are 8 buildings in society which they were supposed to construct one by one but for some reason, they have stopped construction after 10th floor. Earlier the management had promised that the pocession would be given sometime in Jun. Now when recently I had visited the site, the manager says its simply not possible to give pocession before next Jun!!!

The manager very bluntly claims that we never promised to give pocession in any specific year. I want to take an action on the builder. Please let me know what could be done?
