Builder is making fraud selling my booked row house no - 1 in madhav row houses at nashik to another person

Iam Vaibhav S. Fendar from Nashik Maharashtra, i have facing problem against property from builder am purchased a row house near to sale tax office in pathardi at nashik in the period of navratri i was given amount 70, 000 rupees to builder (Mr. Wagh and Mr. Nikam doing services in Mahyco) as tokan amount and in December i did loan case from DHFL now loan is sanctioned but now builder have not agree to sale out house to me He telling that he have another person who has giving him cash more than me and he want to sale my booked house to him.

when am trying for for loan in the period of christmas he was doing hurry to me for loan and after my loan was sanctioned he told me he can do deal now cause his turnover is exist so he will do it in april for this i become agree but bank is not agree for this bankers told me that i have to pick up loan in end up to Jan. 2010. in same condition am ready to taking risk from builder side he told me i need to complete his back money in Jan. otherwise he will not wait up to April. so that when am going to giving him amount of black after few days he told me no now he not needed money from me cause he getting more cash (BLACK MONEY) from another person..

Can i get right justice for this..
