APPROVAL OF FLATS

Dear Sir... We are Residing in the following address for the past 10 years, 84 flats, which has been purchased from CHITHRA CONSTRUCTIONS, SRIRENGAM, TRICHY, thru Bank and other Financial Corporation Loans... in the said period. Now, we understand that all the flats are not given Approval, by the departments, and we do not know, how the Authorities of Financial Institutions of India, given Housing Loans, without getting Approval Legally. However, we also understand that the document Copies along with EC, and Approval Certificates, given by the State Departments, seems to be DUPLICATE. Hence, we need to come to a conclusion that both the Financial Institutions and the said Builders were Hands in Glouse and Cheated the Owners of the Flats (approximately 64 houses are owned and 20 houses are being rented), all along these years. We do have Proof of House Taxes, Drainage Connection, and other required details regarding the said issues given by the State Authorities... all along these 10 years... We need to have expert opinion from the Forum for the Same, how to Proceed further in this Regard... Balajee.
