Poor quality construction

This is to inform everyone that please don't buy flats at Chitiram housing pvt ltd. They are not building good construction.

The builder name is John Basil and he have engineer who take care of this poor construction is Nagaraj. Both are very cunning as once got the money they never pick up the phone.

The following are the problems of this builder.

1.) Giving false promises about the project delivery date.

2) At the time of booking builder says they will put johnson tiles, parryware and blah blah things but they simple change it at the time of construction.

2.) All the construction is of 3rd grade materials. Door and window woods are very bad. Quality of Floor tiles are very poor.

3.) The Builder takes the money for Electricity, water and takes more time to provide the same.

4, ) No proper earthing, electrical shortcut, Poor quality wires and layout of wires.

5.) Just advise your friends / relatives who are planning to buy that DONT buy flats from this builder.
