Worst builder, poor construction and all sub standard materials, no finishing in work

Unfortunately I am the owner of a flat in Chourasia Manor, Panathur, Marathalli. These people are big time cheats they expect the rates like Prestige. But they don't even have a sewage connection, parking is not allotted as they have constructed one full Illegal 5th floor. Lift started after a year when it was supposed to. None of the amenities are there. Water is not there.

Now comes construction quality, I really fear if they have atleast done building foundation correctly as far as my flat is concerned if I tried to put a nail a big chunk of piece comes out from wall which tells clearly the cement was not put in correct ratio.

No finishing in any item at all, tiles broken at places, granite flooring which also is not of good quality. Sanitary fittings worse flush fails after every 2 days, taps leak.

As soon as you enter the apartment you see dirt, garbage lying outside, all the common areas full of dust and spits.

All the so called responsible persons are bluff right from Marketing to their biggest bluff MD, they never worry about quality, customer satisfaction once you give booking amount you are in for a big ride.

Beware and please don't do the mistake which I have unfortunately made and will wish nobody else does!
