Manipulation in allotment of plots

It is really very sad to mention that the service provided by an ISO 9001:2000 certified professional engineering company has been questionable.

We have booked 2 plots at your Sun City project near Sunderpada. One on my father's name and other on my sister's name.

The plot was shown by Miss Shriya Mohanty. It was booked with an initial advance amount and the full payment was made after 2 months.

But during registration, the plot given was something different and at a far off place.

This is not a one off case. It seems that the same has been done with many other customers from HAL, Sunabeda

Please help to take proper steps to avoid such situation so that the sales manger don't take undue advantage to increase their sales and trouble the customers
