Fraud committed

In year 2008 and 2009 i had invested in the company known as City Lymozine Realcom ltd in pune branch having its branch address at nucleous mall 6th floor infornt of pune commissioner's building pune camp nearly about 2, 60, 000/- in the said company, but from August the cheques given to me by the said campany started bouncing, and at the present situation the said companies all branch's is been closed and i dont think that i shall be getting my payment back, i.e. fraud is been committed with me and several other people's of India. so the system should take some action against these people so that infuture such kind of fraud cases will not occur any where in India.
