City Realcom Ltd
Bouncing of Cheque and non payment of balance money

I had invested Rs 1, 31, 010 in city realcom ltd on 16 apr 09 and an agreement was signed as per which i was supposed to get Rs 8800 per month for 5 years and initially i got 6 cheques out of which 3 got encashed and bance 3 got bounced

Please guide me what action i am supposed to take
