Illegal construction at Brahmapu

Dear Sir,
There is an illegal construction started in our community. Our ward no. is 112, which is Councillor Gopal Roy's ward. One local boy named Chiranjib Samaddar is turning an open garage below a residential flat into a covered flat. The address of the flat is 288, Brahmapur Road, Kol - 70. (Behind Avinandan Marriage House, Kadamtala). This is turning into a custom practice in this area. If you kindly look into this matter and take the necessary steps to prevent it we will be obliged.
