I have purchased on Commercial shop from the Builder (Raju Tarani) in ratatani pimpri society named Sai Pritam nagari. He has not completed the construction and not obtained completion certificate from the co-poration. He has started construction 10 years back and not formed society. Society people followuped with him but he is not responding wel.
