Complaint against builder of shalimar Palms township at Indore
Water seepage problem in newly occupied apartment

I have recently moved to my newly constructed apartment. I have come accross water seepage problem in various walls around bathroom. In fact this problem has been a regular feature at other's houses as well in the building.

I am likely to approach builder's representative for correcting the problem. What legal course of action can i pursue in case builder does not provide a satisfactory solution?
