Handing over Delay

I am an unfortunate owner (too early to call me so) of a 2BHK apartment in the confident Auriga at pookkattupady kochi. During the booking time we were promised to deliver the flat by dec Now they are marching ahead to March. Is there some thing that i can do against them? (I am planning to file a case for some compensation for the delay.)

Refrain from such unfaithful builders to keep your life concern free...
