Construction site
Noise due to late night work

Hi,

This is with regard to the construction work going on in our area. The work is done till late night as long as till 12:30 Am and the sound of amachine and workers shouting is disturbing our sleep. We have small baby at our home and she is restless due to this noise. Do we have rules to avoid this late working of construction site. Can you please guide me or help me. The construction site is :
