Non transfer of Share Certificate and AGM not conducted

Dear Sir/Madam,

I purchased a mhada flat (3 yrs back) in resale completed all legal formalities on transferred in my name in mhada and submitted required docs to society. For last three year AGM is not concucted (sane reason is given every time that after AGM we will do it) and soceity is not transferring share certificate in my name after repeatedly following up with them. Please Help me how to proceed?
