Society asking for additional charges for car parking

Hi,

I am currently residing in Flat # 5, Gouri Apt., New D.P. Road, Aundh, Pune - 411007. My owner and the society has some dispute regarding the society charges paid by him earlier. But because of this dispute not the co-operative society members are harassing me and my roommate by asking additional charges for car parking. According to them only the tenants have to pay this fees of Rs. 200/month on monthly basis.

Please let me know what action can be taken by me against the society for mentally harassing and threatening me?
