Being a member of the mgt committee, signed M-20 their are no meeting held for the last six months, because I ask the office bearers question, they are not inviting or sending the notice for the meeting, being working member, My request was to have the meeting on weekend i.e saturday or sunday but they have in week days that to at 5.30 or 6.00pm which is very diffcuilt for me to attend, i spend lot of money on Auto, and when i come they cancell the meeting, sir what is the max. term can a secetery hold office, the one we have is like a dictator what he say is final, their a so many mis mangment in the society affairs their is also group issm in the Magt comm., Last AGM we have not received the Minutes still, one of the office bearer has a Travel business so he has the other member under his control and takes more advantage of the society can you advice or suggest what can be done for the better ment of the society My email Christyj@hfhindia.org
