I had bought builder floor from cosmos builders in 2003 who had built floors in ardee city gurgaon. Till date cosmos builders have not taken noc for motre then 300 floors sold in ardee city gurgaon. govt should file criminal case against mr mittal owner of cosmos builder who has already done many frauds with customers in delhi/palam vihafr gurgaon so that the required money owed to govt can be taken by selling his properties and common person harrassment can be stopped.
