Regarding seepage from the toilet of upper floo

I am Manoj Kumar working in Central Water commission as Assistant Director. Presntly I am residing in Quarter No. SB - 202, Block No. 11, Hudco place Extension, Andrewsganj, New Delhi 110049.

Seepage is continuing from the time when I was alloted this quarter about 7 month before. I had lodged numerous complaints regarding SEEPAGE to the CPWD Officials, in the form of telephone calls through customer care, through letters and through personal interaction with the JE & AE CPWD, Hudco Place. Till now this problem has not been resolved from the CPWD officials. In my house unhygenic condition has developed. CPWD officials are not understanding my problem.

If CPWD officials are not able to do this work then govt. should give maintainance contract to private party.

Therefore I request you to kindly pay attention towards my problem and sort out as soon as possible.
