Change in the Layout plan - Feeling Cheated and helpless

Hello

This is the complaint again Crossing infratstucture private limited.

1: Not given possession on time. Asking for money before the completion date. Send letter for payment 6 month back. As per earlier commitment, they should given penalty.

2.Now company has changed its all layout plan and building new villas in a space that was shown to us as green lawn, sand pit, and ample space between two buildings in there map and construction plan. Entire sector -2 in new plans looks like concrete jungle with no green space

3. For all the flats in sector 2, the toilet pipeline of the next flat, one floor above, is passing through toliet of the flat below one. And no one knows about it.

4. All the Flat (s), have Alumunium doors only without any barrier. Looks like as per Crossing Infra, there is Ram Rajaya in Ghaziabad.

I have requesed earlier on this to the Mgmt, But nothing has happened.

I am helpless and Feeling cheated on this.
