Brokerage pending

I am a property dealer. I sold a plot in dayal farm house. His manager Mr. Yashpal joshi told that he will pay my brokerage after fully payment by buyer but after fully disbursement he is denying to pay my brokerage.when I am trying to meet him he is shouting.

his behaviour is rudely and he never fulfill his words.when the employee of that company is not satisfied with him then how can a customer be satisfied by his behaviour?
