Refund of booking amt

I had booked a plot in the Zirakpur project of DD Buildwell pvt ltd address :- F-1/9 Okhla Industrial Area, Delhi

with booking receipt number Z015 Dated 22.02.2006. Since the project did not come, I filed for the refund of my booking amount of Rs 4, 20, 000/- in the month of June. After lot of persuasions my application for the refund was processed in the month of Sep 2007. I was given a cheque of dated 09/03 in the month of Dec for Rs 4, 20, 000.00 with cheque # as 879941 of Oriental Bank of Commerce. When I deposited the cheque, it bounced instantly.

During this almost 3 years of my struggle I have been able to get the refund of Rs 2, 20, 000 and for more than 1 and half years I am chasing this company to get refund of Rs 2, 00, 000 (2 lakhs). I have spoken to Mr. Sanjay Ghambhir owner of this company, Naveen Malhotra and many other people in this company but have not got my money back. I have done lot of mail communications and sent numerous SMS to Sanjay and Naveen but in vein.

The company’s cheques have bounced close to 10 times, the last time I got cheques was in Oct of one lakh each bearing 104920 and 104921 dated 27/12 and 31-12 respectively. These cheques too bounced many times. What is the validatity of your company if cheques are bounced so many times.

Whenever I called up DD office they gave me same lament excuse wait for 3 more weeks, we don’t have money’. Can you not manage refund of Rs Two Lakhs in almost two years?

Now my phone call to Sanjay Ghambir’s number is forwarded to EPBAX where I am either connected to a fax machine or to operator who sometimes is nice and connects me to Naveen.

But whatever, I feel with I have been cheated of my money and I am requesting to Sanjay Ghambhir thru this forum to pay my money back along with interest.
